Reasons for changing an accreditation

There are the following reasons for changing an accreditation:

1. Extra activity.
2. less activity.
3. name change of the soil intermediary.
4. additional branch(es).
5. relocation.
6. change of personal registration.
7. change of the certification body.
8. change of directors.

If one or more of these changes apply, the soil intermediary must report these changes to Rijkswaterstaat. See steps for requesting or changing.

Steps for requesting or changing

To apply for or change recognition, the soil intermediary must take the following steps:

1. completing the application form
2. Indicate on the form for which activities and which location(s) you want to be recognized
3. attach the appendices mentioned in the 'checklist' section. The attachments are necessary to process the application

It is possible to apply for recognition for multiple activities and multiple locations simultaneously. Different legal entities cannot be combined on one application. The soil intermediary must submit an application for this per legal entity.
